A beautiful conversation piece and perfect addition to any equestrian art collection, this handcrafted vase is a replica of the boot worn by jockey Ron Turcotte as he rode Secretariat to victory in the 99th Kentucky Derby.
As with any piece of Louisville Stoneware, the 10-inch-high boot is fully functional. Sturdy and watertight, it¹s the ideal vessel for red roses or lilies, displayed in a foyer or living area. Mixed with pieces from the 'Secretariat' dinnerware collection, it adds a well-heeled yet whimsical touch to a table setting.
Designed for everyday enjoyment, this product is dishwasher safe. As with any stoneware item, extreme variations in temperature may cause cracking or breakage.
